A sole proprietorship is a type of unregistered business entity owned, managed, and controlled by a single individual. The sole proprietorship is India’s most common type of business and is used by the majority of micro and small businesses in the unorganized sectors.

Proprietorships are easy to get going and have minimum operational conditions for regulatory enforcement. This agency is perfect for first-time businessmen, especially for small companies with few customers.
